OSCL-LXR

This module only hosts one global variable which can be used to dynamically influence the verbosity of traces, such as DEBUGLOG and RAWLOG

The purpose of this header is to enable debug functions. They regroup assert(), DEBUGLOG() and RAWLOG() for run-time, and DEBUG_STATIC_ASSERT() for compile-time.
